Debbie Lee was appointed to the role of World Class Development Assistant in June 2006. Before, during and after studying at Warwickshire College Debbie worked in jumping, dressage, eventing and polo yards before heading to New Zealand to work and travel for a few years. Having settled back in Warwickshire, Debbie has a dog and a horse to keep her busy.
